AI Exponent LLC · AiExponent (trade name)

Last updated: July 2026

We collect only what is strictly necessary to operate this website and respond to enquiries. We do not sell personal data, use advertising cookies, or profile visitors. This policy is the full version of the summary in Legal Notices §7.

What we collect

  • Analytics: Plausible Analytics (privacy-friendly, cookieless, no personal data collected, GDPR- and ePrivacy-compliant).
  • Contact form: if you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email, company, job title, enquiry type, message, an optional "how did you find us" field, and a consent checkbox, for the sole purpose of responding to your enquiry. Messages are delivered via Resend.
  • Server logs: standard web server access logs (IP address, user agent, request path) retained for security and diagnostics for a limited period.

EU/UK visitors (GDPR and UK GDPR)

Our lawful basis for processing contact form submissions is our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). If you opt in to further communications beyond that enquiry, we rely on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) for those communications. Analytics processing uses a privacy-friendly tool that does not collect personal data. You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; to data portability; and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Exercise these rights by emailing privacy@aiexponent.com.

Our tools

AiExponent's open source tools in CLI mode make zero outbound network calls by default. Your data never leaves your machine unless you explicitly deploy an optional server component or configure an integration. This is enforced at the test level in each repository.
